Background

Christal Herrell joined Owen Surveying Company in May 2001 upon graduating high school. Mrs. Herrell started out as a part time secretary while she acquired her Associates of Applied Science at TSTC West Texas. Within several months of first starting, she worked her way up to drafting. She is now the head draftsman and secretary at Owen Surveying Company and an integral part of the dynamics of the Owen Surveying team.
